Apache von Amone is a tall and stunning 4 year old cream and black German Shepherd with maybe a touch of Malamute. A volunteer favorite, Apache isn’t only loved for his striking stature and good looks, but also his wonderful personality. He can be a complete goof ball, always ready to play. He has wonderful leash manners, rarely pulls and greets people politely. But casual strolls are not what Apache is all about; this boy wants to run and explore. He has plenty of energy to keep up with the most active home. Apache is a confident boy that is more people- oriented than dog-oriented. He does fine walking past other pups on leash and off leash. He leaves the rough-housing to the little guys and just wants the opportunity to let loose and run. Apache will do best in a home with Shepherd or Northern Breed experience and plenty of space for him to romp. He’s a darling, loyal and loving boy, who will not only win you over but will also become a neighborhood favorite.
